Class Descriptions

Adult Ballet - Adults and teenagers will enjoy learning ballet while developing confidence, mental concentration, physical coordination and grace. This class is for students who are new to ballet and those who have danced before and want to begin again. In this ballet class students will learn and develop fundamentals of ballet, with an emphasis on artistic expression. This is a great class for dancers wishing to experience the joy of dance, and to develop their performance skills!

Bachata FIT - (Functional Integrated Training) is a fitness focused dance class that incorporates Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Reggaeton footwork and body movement with challenging functional exercises. You will learn fun shine patterns and footwork that can be incorporated into your partner dancing while improving your strength, conditioning and body awareness. This class is scalable to all levels of dance and fitness experience although a basis of Salsa and Bachata is recommended. Be dressed to sweat, no dance shoes needed. Bring a sweat towel, water and a positive attitude.


Ballet - This is a ballet technique class.  By participating in traditional training, students learn concentration and endurance and become proficient in fundamental dance movement through ballet technique.  Students will learn the fundamentals as well as terminology while developing strength, confidence, balance, and flexibility. 

Power Barre - Enhance your posture, sculpt and reshape your body through this strength class that will focus on getting fit through ballet movement.  No previous ballet experience required.

Capoeira - Join us for a complete body workout class that focuses on toning your muscles while increasing your flexibility, strength, energy, balance, coordination and endurance through Capoeira martial arts and dance / fitness exercises.

Hip Hop Fuzsion -  This will be a fun and challenging class, with its roots in Hip Hop while occasionally having branches of various other dance forms (Old & New School Hip Hop, Jazz, Dancehall & MORE). Moves from the routines will be broken down carefully & thoroughly to assist students of ALL levels!

Kid’s Hip Hop - This class teaches rhythm, musicality, coordination, and age-appropriate hip hop choreography with high-energy for a fun dance class for kids who love to move!

Modern - This class will blend elements of Lyrical and Modern dance, such as freedom of expression, interpretation of music, principles of fall and recovery, control, breathing and balance. Students will be taught modern technique while being encouraged to express their emotions and develop artistry through movement.



Pound - This class is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and yoga-based poses into a 45-minute series. Burn up to 800 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique, all while rocking out to your favorite music.

Stretch & Strength- Make your body stronger in a relaxing atmosphere! Basic stretching and some strengthening exercises that will help with agility and make everyday movements easier.

Zumba - The workout is basically watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated. Its fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your entire body. You'll forget you're working out with the simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!
